The Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs is brand new. Everything works well and efficiently. We had a large King Suite which was double the normal two Queen size. With a warm friendly welcome at the front desk. The swimming pool was great for lane swimming. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious with all you can eat.

This was the most spacious and comfortable hotel room that we have stayed in for a while. There was lots of room to store our toiletries in the bathroom, which is a rare find in hotels these days. We had been unexpectedly given a large fruit tray at a meeting in another location, and Paula at the front desk stored it in the staff fridge for us, which we really appreciated. A question I had before travelling was answered promptly. We would stay here again.

Cool ocean inspired hallway carpet. Very nice parking lot with corn field on one side and dense green belt on the other side. Very nice Lobby/Bar design. Nice bathrooms

Bike paths are right beside hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Very nice looking hotel.

The room was spacious & the hotel overall is super clean. The pool and gym are perfect. The breakfast choice is lovely . The wifi connectivity was excellent. I plan to always stay here whenever I visit my child. The only request is if the hotel can add an additional washer and dryer as currently there is just one washer and dryer and this can be a bit of a trouble during busy times. I loved the location and there is a bus stand right cross the hotel, should anyone like to use the GRT public transit.

This is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at for years! Feels new, with bright fresh colours, and good sized rooms. Comfortable bed. A walk-in shower! No tub to climb into! Good sized bathroom with counter space for things. Was not expecting a bar, and light food! We had pizza and drinks late afternoon. The breakfast was far beyond what we expected…eggs, sausages, pancakes,etc. Delicious. Such great value in a bustling area. The theatre was right across the street. Couldn’t have been better!!

Staff very pleasant. Room was clean. Liked the walk in shower and sliding door with mirror. Beds very comfortable. Pool. Breakfast was included. Scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, bagels, toast, muffins, tea biscuits. juices to name a few. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. They offer recycling bin on each floor near elevators. Location within walking distance to market, outlet mall, restaurant, playhouse

Amazing location, very friendly staff, food in the bar was really good and complimentary breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good-sized bed. Loved having the little kitchen area. The bathroom was awesome. I loved that the hairdryer wasn't attached to the wall and that there was a small night light in the bathroom, so you didn't need to put a light on at night.

Excellent location, next door to where friends were staying, walking distance to stores. The breakfast was great. The front desk person was friendly and helpful (sorry I cannot remember her name). Also liked the trail at the back of the property connecting to the Trans Canada Trail.
